We’re looking for another senior support specialist to help build out our support team and processes. A senior support specialist has a solid foundational experience in providing and building support for a tech company or start-up—bonus points if you helped that company scale. A senior support specialist is able to easily manage change and shifting priorities, all while providing excellent service and adding more structure within our operations for future hires.

This role will be essential in helping our company keep customer needs front and center. We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about this company value as we are.
