A career in support is a funny thing.

For some, the forecast for a career in support is cloudy. It’s not clear where they could go or what they could be doing if they stay in support. They often see support as a way to get a foot in the door with a company, a stepping stone to some other job.

For others, the forecast is a clear sky. They know support is where they want to be, and that it’s where they want to build their careers. And they have — but you don’t hear their stories very often.

That’s about to change.

We’re putting together a conference for folks who want to make a career out of support. With the help of the Support Driven community, we’re going to bring you a career development experience like no other.

And if you’re on the fence about a career in support, you should come too. Learn from the paths other support professionals have taken in their career and it might give you some ideas for what you want to do next.

Over the next few weeks and months, we’ll be releasing more details about the conference. To stay in the loop, join our community newsletter.

It’s about time we started talking about support as a career.
