So come join us to talk about Support and User Research. Bring your questions and we will get you an answer. I will share some suggestions on using tools from design and research in a support team. And things I’ve learned from training other professionals changing career into UX Design. So you will leave with a few tools you can start using in your team right now. And with a basics understanding of what user research can look like as a career.

Most of the time will be dedicated to Q&A on what is most important for you to talk about. So the groups will be relatively small.
