I’m Sarah and I recently joined Support Driven as the Event Coordinator for this fall’s Summit. I’ll be working out all the details for the event and will be your go-to person if you’ve got any questions along the way.

Support Driven Summit in Boston

We’re excited to announce a brand new Support Driven conference: Support Driven Leadership Summit is October 29-30 in Boston at HubSpot HQ!

Summit brings together leaders in customer support, customer success, and operations. It takes a long term perspective and is designed to help you meet and build relationships with leaders who can help you with the challenges you’re facing today and in the future.

If you’ve been following Summit planning, you’ll notice the date has changed from September to October. When the dates were set for September, a hopeful participant reached out expressing excitement about the event, but said they wouldn’t be able to attend due to a conflict with the most important Jewish holiday of the calendar year: Yom Kippur. When we realized our oversight—that we didn’t check the calendar for major religious holidays—we asked our friends at HubSpot about changing the date and we were lucky that it worked out.

What You’ll Gain at Summit

Summit brings together leaders in the Support Driven community to learn and share about leadership challenges in support. It’s a single track, guided experience containing:

  • Interactive case studies,
  • Lightning talks, and
  • Breakout sessions.

We’ll share a full schedule in the coming months.
