I’m excited to announce that today we’re kicking off the next iteration of Aspire, Support Driven’s career mentoring program.
The intent of Aspire is to match customer facing professionals with mentors who can help them advance their careers, provide perspective, share experiences and guide decision making. Approximately every six months, a new iteration of the program begins. Mentors and mentees apply to the program, are matched up as best as possible, and encouraged over the next 4-5 months to build a relationship, have career conversations, learn from each other etc. If you’re interested in participating as a mentor or a mentee in the second 2018 iteration, please apply through the Aspire homepage by July 13th.
If you apply for the program, all participants must commit to making a ~10 hour time commitment over July – December 2018. The time commitment will include the following:
- A 30-60 minute, online program orientation in late July. (Dates to be determined)
- ~Two hours of meeting time with your mentor/mentee each month
- Feedback survey(s) conducted during and after the program
There will be support and guidance along the way as you work with your mentor/mentee, to ensure everyone has a positive experience!
