It’s already been an exciting year for the Support Driven community. SD Expo Europe marked our first international conference, and we’re thrilled to bring together so many incredible customer support professionals to meet and learn from each other. After a great two days in Belgrade connecting with our European community, the Support Driven organizing team is back in the USA for two more conferences in 2019. Here’s what you can look forward to this year.

When: July 11-12, 2019
Where: Portland, Oregon @ the Viking Pavilion at Peter W. Stott Center

The Run-Down: At SD Expo Americas, you will learn things you can use in your job and career: practical how-tos and skills you can apply as soon as you get back to work.  Expo Americas brings together Customer Support professionals from across North America to share knowledge, practice new skills, and connect with fellow industry pros. Support careers vary greatly in terms of focus and specialization, so this multi-track event covers a variety of topics, allowing you to customize your experience to what you want to take away from the conference.

The Run-Down: If you’d like to become a better leader in Customer Support, Support Driven Leadership Summit is the conference you’ll want to go to. Leadership Summit goes beyond the classic conference format by focussing on cultivating meaningful connections with other industry leaders: the program is designed to make it easy to talk about weighty topics with support leaders across a range of companies.
