The Support Driven Leadership Summit welcomes a diverse group of customer support professionals to the conference each year. From small companies to large companies, leads to managers and directors — you’ll be able to find a network of people that you can build a relationship with and gain (or provide) invaluable insight. To stay inclusive to people in every stage of their career, we continue to offer our popular conference scholarship program.
We know getting budget approval for a conference can be a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be — we can help. The Support Driven sponsorship program offers a free conference ticket* to alleviate some of the financial barriers to allow more Support Driven community (and aspiring!) members to attend. This scholarship is an $800 value for two and a half days of customer-focused sessions.
The scholarship program is for anyone who wants to improve their customer support leadership skills and knowledge. If this describes you, we absolutely encourage you to apply. Check out last year’s round-up of wrap-up posts to get a better idea of what your experience will be like!

The format is totally up to you, but we’d love to see blog posts, photo essays, videos or any other form of content that helps spread the warm and cozy feelings of Support Driven Leadership Summit. Here are a few examples of what we’re looking for.)
Applications are due September 1st, and scholarships will be awarded before September 6th. The following form should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
