Can you believe that Support Driven Leadership Summit is next week? We can’t wait to gather in Boston with community members from across the globe.

The week leading up to a conference can feel a touch frenzied. Between triple-checking your boarding passes, packing your suitcase, and setting up all your Out Of Office notifications, there’s a lot of factors to consider! Here’s a few things to know about the Summit experience to help you check a few more considerations off your worry list.

Review the Code of Conduct

The most important element of any event is ensuring that everyone is able to enjoy the event safely and comfortably. The Support Driven Leadership Summit Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all attendees in order to ensure that everyone has access to an amazing Summit experience.


Remember to Use the Hashtag!

Who doesn’t love a great team selfie or lunch photo? When you’re posting photos at Summit, use the hashtag #SDsummit to share your pics with the rest of the community, and for a chance to see your photo featured in an SD newsletter or blog! You can also upload your photos directly to the Summit SmugMug gallery here.


Food and Beverage

Let’s get down to the fun part: the food. If you’re already thinking about lunch, (and we know that we are), here are some important times to add to your schedule:

Breakfast will be from 8:30 to 9:35am on Thursday and Friday in the kitchen downstairs, plus there’s coffee upstairs in the Coffee Garden too.

Lunch is 1 hour 45 minutes long on Thursday and Friday day and will be served in the downstairs kitchen. There will also be a lunchtime panel both days where you will get to submit questions for the panelists using

Afternoon Snack will be during an extended break each afternoon.

Coffee and other drinks will be available in the Coffee Garden upstairs and the kitchen downstairs. The Coffee Garden will be open throughout the event. Up there you’ll find water options, a tea machine, self-serve espresso makers, cold brew, nitro cold brew, and more. Plus there will be two baristas working in the space too. The kitchen (downstairs) has water options plus a Coke Freestyle machine for soda and another tea machine.
