From Customer Advocate to Product Manager AMA

I’m Shannon Anahata, Associate Product Manager in charge of Search & Views in Zendesk Support (https://www.linkedin.com/in/shannonfaith/), currently working on the concept of draft/test/publish of admin configurations. I was a Customer Advocate and Technical Support Engineer at Zendesk for about two years before I moved to the Product team. I’m also a core member of Zendesk’s LGBTQ Employee Resource Group.
