Engagio is a B2B SaaS application in the marketing technology space with about 55 employees and 225 customers. Our CEO was the co-founder of Marketo and we’re well on our way to build the next great marketing platform.
The Success Engineering team manages technical support and technical services and works closely to be the bridge the gap between the Engineering and Customer Success teams. As a manager of that team, you will act as a player-coach in mentoring the Success Engineers on the team and leading by example. Being comfortable with APIs and working out of a production codebase is required.
Preferably candidates are located in the bay area, but we’re open to remote for exceptional candidates.
