What you’ll be doing:
* Achieve expert working knowledge of our products and features
* Be customers’ point person for troubleshooting. Respond to user requests in a prompt and considerate manner.
* Escalate product bugs and potential user issues to wider team
* Meet and exceed customer success metrics and service levels
* Advise on any forming trends that may impact the larger customer base
* Synthesize customer feedback to offer informed opinions on potential solutions
* Identify process and product improvements to increase customer success
* Work closely with customer success, sales, engineering and senior leadership on product development
* Create documentation to better the overall customer experience/journey
What we’re looking for:
* Startup experience is required
* Experience working in customer success
* Experience working in financial services industry
* Experience working in SaaS preferred
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to explain complex topics in an easily understandable and concise manner
* Highly organized and self motivated individuals
* Experience working with Asana, Quip and Pipedrive preferred
