Overview

We’re looking for a friendly Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to support a great product, make a difference in the education community, and work with some really amazing people.

Responsibilities

  • Help teachers and educators use Illuminate’s eSD Student Management and Instructional products to make a difference in student’s lives.
  • Handle problems using the software, providing timely workarounds for our clients, and documenting issues for the development team so we can continually make our products better.
  • Be the friendly “voice of Illuminate” to our eSD clients on the phone.
  • Provide clear, timely, helpful responses to email requests.
  • Collaborate with Illuminators on other teams (implementation, data, development, etc.) to make sure our clients get the best support possible.
  • Continue to learn and grow so you can be a better support specialist, and a better human being!

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the eSD Student Management System or SIS systems in general a plus.
  • Amazing people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated, self-directed learner.
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Good sense of humor.
  • Efficient office work habits.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
