We’re looking for a friendly Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to support a great product, make a difference in the education community, and work with some really amazing people.
- Help teachers and educators use Illuminate’s eSD Student Management and Instructional products to make a difference in student’s lives.
- Handle problems using the software, providing timely workarounds for our clients, and documenting issues for the development team so we can continually make our products better.
- Be the friendly “voice of Illuminate” to our eSD clients on the phone.
- Provide clear, timely, helpful responses to email requests.
- Collaborate with Illuminators on other teams (implementation, data, development, etc.) to make sure our clients get the best support possible.
- Continue to learn and grow so you can be a better support specialist, and a better human being!
- Experience supporting the eSD Student Management System or SIS systems in general a plus.
- Amazing people skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated, self-directed learner.
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Good sense of humor.
