Netlify hosts modern websites and our customers are rather technical.
We need a technically skilled (system administration and/or web development skills) support engineer to work remotely in Asia/Pacific (NZ/AU/JP or similar) or European (GMT or GMT +1 or +2) time hours, 5 days a week.
All 3 of Netlify’s current support team members are active in Support Driven and we want people who are similarly excited to be working in Support.
