We do this salary survey for the people in customer support. We do it to shed light onto conversations about pay. We believe customer support is a fantastic career choice and we want to help people get paid what they’re worth.

A few minutes of your time could help someone in our industry negotiate a higher salary or better benefits. Industries with more salary transparency leads to higher salaries over time while industries lacking information on pay leads to workers making less money than they should be.
