2024 Support Driven Leadership Summit - San Diego

We’re now accepting talk proposals for the next Support Driven Leadership Summit in Chicago, October 9-10.

You’re Not Alone - Preparing a talk alone can be challenging and less effective. We’ll pair you with a talk editor to provide feedback that could improve your talk's clarity and impact. They'll help you polish your talk so it's engaging for the audience.

Great Photos of You Presenting - Get photos of you speaking to an engaged audience. Photos are perfect for your portfolio and visual assets that help you stand out from the crowd. They're also great for sharing on social media and connecting with attendees at the conference.

What We’re Looking For

• Talks that are tailored to be relevant and useful to our audience of directors, vice presidents, heads of support, and other senior leaders

• Fit with our theme of moving customer support from cost center to value driver

• Other talks that share your successes, failures, and things you've learned as a senior leader.

Key Dates

• Round 1

  • June 5 - Call for Proposals Opens - Round 1

  • June 19 - Applications close at Midnight PST

  • You will be notified about the status of your proposal so you can choose to participate in round 2 - if applicable.

• Round 2

  • June 24 - Call for Proposals Opens - Round 2

  • July 10 - Applications close at Midnight PST

• August 21 - Speakers & Talk Editors Begin Working Together

• September 23 - Final Slides & Recordings Due

• October 9 - 10 - Support Driven Leadership Summit 2024 in Chicago, IL

Speaker Benefits and Details

• A complimentary ticket so you can participate in the full event as an attendee, as well.

• Talk Development Program

  • You aren't on your own - all speakers at Leadership Summit get to work with a Talk Editor to get feedback and support as you prepare your presentation as part of our Talk Development Program. Leading up to the event, you’ll have direct support to work through your ideas, slide format, speaking approach, etc. to help you be successful!

If we accept your application, you agree:

• You will adhere to our Code of Conduct

• You (or your employer) will cover your travel and accommodation

• We may use your name and photo to promote the conference

• We may record your talk and slides (audio, video, photography) for use in social media, marketing, sales, and distribution

How to Apply

• Write a brief pitch that tells us what your presentation is about and what your fellow leaders will learn from it. If you need some pitch advice, our own Lisa Hunt wrote some advice for you.
