  • December 20, 2024: CFP Round 1 Closes at Midnight PST
    We’ll review and notify you if selected, or invite you to resubmit in Round 2 if applicable.

• Round 2

  • January 2, 2025: CFP Round 2 Opens

  • January 17, 2025: CFP Round 2 Closes at Midnight PST

  • January 24, 2025: Final Speaker Announcements

• Speakers Prep & Deadlines

  • February 5, 2025: Speakers Begin Working with Talk Editors
    All speakers will be paired with an experienced Talk Editor for one-on-one feedback to make your presentation shine.

  • March 3, 2025: Final Slides and Recordings Due

  • Week of March 17, 2025: Support Driven Summit - Austin

Speaker Requirements

If selected, speakers agree to:

• Adhere to our Code of Conduct

• Cover travel and accommodation (yourself or via your employer)

• Allow Support Driven to use your name, photo, and talk content in event promotions and post-event media
