Support Driven Startup Accelerator Program

Hey everyone.

We've been talking about the Support Driven Startup Accelerator Program for a few months now, and I'm excited to announce the first company that's gonna be a part of the program. 

However, before I get into that, I want to cover some background for people that, may not have been aware that we are starting a startup accelerator.

So we know that customer support is a strategic function, that directly impacts the success of a business and its ability to compete. However not every company leader sees the value of customer support, and we want to change that. The support driven startup accelerator program is a program for founders that value our community and our experience and insights in customer support. Through the program, we work with founders in the CS space to help them get their first 10, their first 25 customers, and beyond.

This program is for companies that value our community, and see us as essential to their success. So our goal is to establish advisory relationships with companies in our space, not just customer relationships. Then we also want to create opportunities for community members to be advisors, to earn equity, and to have a seat at a different kind of table. 

So the first company that we're working within our accelerator program, is Aimiable. They're creating solutions in workforce management for small teams, and you'll be hearing more about Aimiable in the coming days and weeks. 

Getting involved in this can be as simple as participating in research and feedback. Another way to get involved is being early adopters and backers of the software. In the meantime, we've created a public channel called #u-aimiable in the Support Driven Slack, so we invite you to come and join and check it out, ask questions and we'll have more for you in the near future.
