Our goal with registration is to bring together current and former senior Customer Support leaders to help each other through their challenges and support each other's professional journeys.

The registration process starts with applying to attend the conference.

Why do I have to apply to attend?

Through the application process, we're cultivating a space for senior Customer Support Leaders like you. It's a space where you can openly discuss challenges with peers who understand and can offer practical solutions based on their experience.

Who is this for?

When it comes to reviewing applications, we look for the experience that comes with being responsible for the Customer Support department. The responsibilities we look for include

  • Operations

  • Voice of the Customer

  • Collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other departments

What do tickets cost?

  • Super Early Bird Ticket - $630 (apply by July 31, limited availability)

  • Early Bird Ticket - $720 (apply by August 31, limited availability)

  • SD Leadership Summit Ticket - $900
